Petition to Re-Open Frances Newtons Case  

This petition is to get the Houston Police Crime Lab to reopen the case of one Frances Elaine Newton. She was executed by the state of Texas on September 14th, 2005 by means of Lethal Injection. I, myself Believe that she was innocent and I need you guys to sign this petition and we will send it to the Crime Lab in Houston Texas for them to reopen!
