What is Zazengo?
Zazengo provides the collaboration tools that enable you to participate in and track the actions and impact you create in your community. You can use Zazengo to invite your friends or colleagues to join a project you have started. Take a look around the site. Check out the projects. You can browse by topic, geographic area, or organization. If you see one that inspires you, join it OR start your own project.
What Project Collaboration Tools Are Available?
Zazengo provides the types of tools necessary to coordinate and manage a wide variety of projects – whether online or at a physical location.
The tools enable you to:
- Plan Events – Announce project events and include a full description with text editing, images and start and end dates
- Have Discussions – Post questions or information and interact with other project teammates with full text editing and image inclusion
- Create Action Lists – Can have one or multiple lists associated with a project, assign priorities and individuals to the list entry
- Share Stories – Post your special story using full text editing and images or by linking to another URL anywhere on the web
- Measure Impact – Track individual impact based on the specific metrics determined for the project. Use existing metrics or define your own metrics and icons
- Message Teammates – View, invite and message teammates to a project and see their involvement
